Handmade cotton lace ruffle collar with tie closure. Lace is a white ruffled lace, and cotton is a new, medium weight French country toile print. Handmade in house and made to order. Pease allow up to 2-10 days to prepare. Although generally all orders are ready in a few days this allows for a cushion for replenishment of supplies and processing time. Email us with any questions:)
