When I received the package, the outer shipping carton was torn. Fortunately, no products were missing. However, the retail packaging of two bottles was damaged, so I can only keep them for personal use. I hope you can improve the packaging for future shipments. My order weighed approximately 28 lbs, but the shipping carton was too thin to support the weight. Please consider using stronger cartons and better packaging protection to help prevent shipping damage. Thank you.
