Wholesale Organic Rhododendron Honey from the Pyrenees

A very delicate honey, particularly elegant, with a floral scent and a flavor of marzipan. Harvested at altitude, this apiary is located at more than 1600 m and the bees climb up to more than 1900 m to gather wild rhododendrons emblematic of the Pyrenean flora. A rare honey that is well deserved. Agreements: Fruits: strawberry, cherry, apricot and dried fruits. Drinks: strawberry or cherry tea. EN-BIO-10. All our honeys are unheated, the potting is done with extra-fresh honeys before the start of crystallization in order to ensure the lowest HMF content and preserve the vitality of the product. All our honeys are then stored in a cellar under a controlled atmosphere to guarantee their freshness and the longest possible preservation of the aromas, vitamins, minerals and microbiota of the honeys.
