Description
Organic Ingredients: Elderberry, Clove, Ginger, Ceylon Cinnamon, Anise. Directions: In a large pot, bring 3 cups of water & elderberry syrup mix to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until liquid has reduced by half, about 30-35 minutes Allow the liquid to cool. Drain liquid using cheesecloth or fine mesh, and press all liquid out of the berries with the back of a wooden spoon Add 1 cup of raw honey and mix well Store in an airtight glass container, and refrigerate for up to two months.

Love the teas and syrups! Not only was the individual products packaged with attention to detail and care, the shipping packaging contained extra foam to ensure that everything arrived intact.
