Ordered 18 hats, 2 of the hats came in with the wrong design and 8 of the hats came in the wrong color. They advertise their hats as one color and when they sent me a proof it was the right color. Now they are telling the hat they sent is "royal blue" and they are not able to get the correct color. I have been trying to reach them for the past 4 days through email and there has been no response.
