Wholesale Octopus with balloon  tutu dress: newborn up to 8 years old

Octopus tutu dress with long sleeves. The front top of the dress has our octopus transferred illustration and starfish on the back. The tutu has two layers, our ocean print digitally printed fabric with a purple tutu layer overtop. 0 to 18 month sizes have a onesie bottom with snaps. The dress is long, past the knees. 40% cotton, 33% nylon, 25% polyester, 2% spandex Machine wash cold, tumble dry low heat or hang to dry. Iron with steam while inside out. Do not iron graphic or tutu. Do not bleach. We tested MANY fabrics to find the best quality, soft, breathable, and lasting digital printing of our illustrations, that can be worn during all seasons. The long sleeve pieces are great for spring/summer, as well as fall/winter since they are breathable and comfortable. Our heat transfer illustrations on the top of the dress were also tested with many methods. We found the perfect heat transfer that does not peel or wrinkle after machine washing and drying.
