About LUZ Collection

LUZ Collection was founded in 2014 by Chantale Doyle Breceda, a nēhiyaw (Cree) and Red River Métis artist based in the territory of the Tongva, Tataviam, Kizh, Serrano and Chumash peoples and the homelands of the Xicano nation now commonly known as Los Angeles, California. Doyle Breceda works in collaboration with several indigenous groups within the territories collectively known as Mexico to bring their vision of culturally meaningful objects imbued with eye-catching, modern design sensibility to the global marketplace. Although LUZ Collection is not certified free trade, we make every effort to work using fair trade guidelines. Read their story
