Our Gouda Cheese Beeswax Candle was originally molded from a piece of gouda made by Fromagerie l’Amuse in the Netherlands. In 2019, Betty Koster and other European cheesemaking legends from Essex Street Cheese visited our shop. This cheese candle is a tribute to one of the great styles and makers from the world of fromage! This candle burns clean and beautifully, adding a touch of natural elegance to your cheese board display. Its gentle honey aroma complements your tablescape feast without overpowering it. 2.5” Tall, 4” Wide, 1.5" Deep Burn time of about 18 hours.

These candles are GORGEOUS -- striking, conversation-starters with customers, useful for a variety of displays, and very low waste. While the price point is high, they are by far my most admired/appreciated candles by customers. Reordering now for the holidays -- my order of 36 items in September is almost all sold out. The most popular: garlic bulbs, asparagus, cheese wedge, carrot -- but they look GREAT. (I haven't burned any yet because they're soooo pretty.) GREAT and useful gift item.
