The recipe for Amaro Spietato is based on a selection of bitter roots and peels – including rhubarb, cinchona, and gentian – to which cocoa, licorice, and bitter orange are added. The result is a deep, decisive, and persistent aromatic profile: warm and spicy notes intertwine with a vegetal freshness, with details that slowly emerge and surprise with every taste.
