This vinegar is produced in France from organic cider made from French orchards. The apples are harvested over a period from August to October. They then undergo alcoholic fermentation to produce cider. A second fermentation then takes place to create vinegar, thanks to the reaction between the created alcohol and oxygen. We work hand in hand with our vinegar maker to offer you quality vinegar, with a strong environmental approach. We then work with you to support this approach up to the reuse of containers. This cider vinegar will be ideal for accompanying your salads and dishes.
