I love supporting a small business, but in return they need to also have knowledge of all aspects of their business. Shipping costs are 18.71%. When asked about it, I was told to have it shipped to a business. I suggested an alternate shipping company that is substantially cheaper and I have used numerous times in the past, but received no response. The items purchased were of medium quality, certainly not worth the additional 18.71% added to the cost. I consider this a one-and-done for me.
