They are mounted on a .069" blue puzzle board and then cut into random pieces. Our puzzles have a low dust content and are packaged in a clear bag to eliminate any pieces being lost during the manufacturing and package process. Our puzzles are packaged in a 2 piece heavy set up box and shrink wrapped for extra protection. 12 puzzles to 1 master carton.
