The Silhouette Pack contains: 1 Dry Exfoliation Brush + 1 Skinny Oil (100ml) + 1 Salt Scrub (250g) 1. Dry brushing: Before entering the shower, with dry skin, brush with short, gentle circular movements. The pressure you apply should be firm, but not painful. Always brush towards your heart to stimulate circulation and the lymphatic system, focusing on areas where you have cellulite, fat and accumulated fluids. It's normal for your skin to take on a pink tint after brushing. We do not recommend using the dry brush on the face or on any irritated area, including varicose veins.2. After showering, with damp skin, apply Skinny Oil to areas with accumulation of fat and cellulite by massaging so that the oil penetrates completely into the skin. Do not clarification.3. The Salt Scrub is used 2 to 3 times a week, alternating with dry exfoliation.
