Tiny fibres help to bulk up the appearance of brows and the ball brush makes for an easy precision application. Comes in a clear formula as well as 5 colored options. Free of sulfates, SLS, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, oxybenzone, triclosan & talc. Cruelty Free & Gluten Free.
