CAS: 122-99-6, 1117-86-8 INCI: Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol Optiphen is a paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative system, which consists of Phenoxyethanol in an emollient base of Caprylyl Glycol. The combination of these ingredients provides optimized protection against microbial growth while imparting exceptional feel to the finished product. USE: 0.5 – 1.5% SOLUBILITY: Oil soluble, limited water solubility. APPLICATIONS: Lotions, creams, serums, conditioners, shampoos, soaps, scrubs and polishes, cleansers, exfoliants, toners, gels, masks, color cosmetics.
