I ordered this back in January and was expecting it for a Brides birthday and then shower. My shipping date got moved 3 times and no one was responding to my emails. I had to get Faire involved to get any responses. I finally received my items and they are great but the customer service experience was terrible. No sure I will order again.

I always send a message to a new vendor confirming availability or something on "our" side of Faire. They responded immediately, answered my questions and suggested options which were spot on! I am a boutique, not a bridal store but they have products for all of us! Don't pass them up because of their name! Great custom work!!!
