We had some shipping delays and shipping issues, and the customer service was wonderful, helpful, and quick to respond. Also, the totes were great! But the ornaments and bowls had some quality issues and we strongly felt that they were not worth the price. The plastic bowls still had Target stickers on them, which was brought to our attention by a customer. A few of the ceramic bowls chipped slightly in transit. For the price and the wait time, we were a little frustrated at the final product.
