Just wish they had notified me when items were out of stock, so that I could have switched them and got what I wanted. Instead they removed the items and adjusted my rate without discussing exchanges, and shipped what they had. I would have replaced with different shoes, and they would not have lost out on a larger sale. However, the items I received were lovely, and the items were delivered on time, and that's why I will order from them again.
