It's been a great experience with Light Your Way. The 1st sign shipped out unfortunately was broken during the shipping process. Light Your Way immediately offered a replacement. They had packaged the sign properly. It was more the shipping company that led to it being broken in transport. I received the replacement quickly and without any difficulty. Great customer service.
