Our glass decoupage plates are printed and assembled in Houston, Texas. We use high-quality, hand-poured, glass made in the USA for all our glass plates. The artwork is hand cut and decoupaged by our small team of artisans. The edges are hand-painted in metallic gold for a subtle, sophisticated finish. Features: * Hand cut assembled and polished. * Gold edges. * The back of the plate is finished with black paint, a hand-cut piece of felt for protection, and a classic Marye-Kelley sticker. * Made in the USA.
