Description
The Piatto Black board is a sustainable and indestructible work of art. The black board material is incredibly durable and made from resin-infused paper, is naturally anti-microbial (prevents mold growth), dishwasher safe, and does not break. The Black Board is as handsome as it is long-lasting, and can be used as a shelf in the Grotto Piatto, or for serving cheese at dinner. Included with each order is a beautiful piece of soapstone chalk, so you can record your cheese selection on the board. It's like slate, but stronger. Dimensions: 5.5” x 6” x 0.25”. Includes soapstone chalk. Materials: Paperstone NSF-certified.

My husband bought me one of the grottos for Christmas and I immediately wanted more. As a cheese-monger, I spent my whole day fantasizing about what cheeses I could put in my grotto. I am now a very proud distributor of this amazing product. I love that I can enjoy my cheese without using expensive cheese paper and that they last much longer and are healthier!
