Natural Caffeine Free Herbal Infusion Young leaves of raspberry harvested and dried in farms in Bulgaria in the spring before the flowers start to emerge. They are also known as hindberry leaf or European Red Raspberry Leaf . Upon being brewed, it yields a golden yellow infusion which is a delicious mild tasting tea without the bitterness. It has grassy and woodsy notes, quite reminiscent of some oolongs.
