We had an issue with some batches of laundry detergent separating and never got a response. Wound up dumping it and lost $$. Sent another message regarding an inquiry about a different product's availability and never got a response on that either. Sad, customers keep asking for that particular cleaner.

The bulk containers and the delivery spouts are a great upgrade! They are easier to store, handle, and pour, and can be made stackable with a little reinforcement to the box. The only question my customers have, and I don't have the answer, is whether the inside plastic "bladder" can be recycled? When folks travel to refill their containers, they are really looking for a true through and through solution to plastic waste!
