Custom orders start at 20 mugs Each mug is $35, with a minimum order total of $700. To get started, simply send us your design for approval. You can message us here on Faire or email your graphic to kelsey@kjpottery.com. Once your design is approved, you’ll be able to place your order, and we’ll add your mugs to our production queue. About the design process Your logo or artwork is applied using a water-transfer decal—a special glaze-based “sticker” that’s fired onto the mug in the kiln. The result is a durable, long-lasting image that won’t scratch or wash off. Turnaround time Custom mug orders typically ship in 3–4 weeks, depending on the order and our production queue.
