These bars are easily breakable which is why we say that our biscuits have the perfect texture, due to our blend of Gluten-free oat & brown rice flour. All ingredients we use are Organic in this biscuit such as the honey and the blackstrap molasses and our homemade peanut butter, made from unsalted peanuts, and lastly Topped with finely chopped unsalted peanuts. Although we use a natural preservative in them that will help keep them from going rancid so quickly, say if sat out for a couple weeks but it will go moldy.
