With just two ingredients—cacao and organic cane sugar—this 66% dark chocolate bar is a celebration of purity and balance. Made from cacao beans grown on our own agroforestry farm in the Philippines, each bar reflects the terroir and care behind its origin. Our trees are nourished with vermicast and seaweed-fish foliar fertilizer fermented with molasses. We ferment in three-tiered santol-wood boxes for 5–6 days, then dry the beans slowly over eight days on raised beds using solar and air drying. Certified under PhilGAP by the Department of Agriculture, this 85g bar (150mm x 75mm x 6.8mm) offers a smooth melt with gentle fruit notes, a hint of brown sugar, and a long, clean finish.
