Wholesale Snap Lock Regular Balloon Cup (permanent locking)

These Snap Lock balloon cups are regular size for 9 inch or a little larger balloons, they MUST be used with Snap Lock sticks, either 12" or 15". These are permanent locking cups, once you put the stick in, it will not come out again. Originally made due to some stores putting barcodes on their sticks and customers switching sticks to get a lower price, with this cup and our stick, you cannot switch sticks.
