This sauce begins with fermented cayenne peppers, to which coconut milk and fresh mandarin orange juice is added along with whole cloves of garlic, whole ginger root, reverse-osmosis filtered water, white wine vinegar and smoked paprika. This is different than any other "Buffalo" sauce. It has some heat to it, but it also has a unique flavor that many people love! In fact, many of our customers tell us they don't like other buffalo sauces, but they like ours. It goes great on many things, but topping baked salmon is a wonderful delicious option. It's also great on wings, macaroni and cheese, thick french fries or added to spice up mayonnaise.
