Giusti Bianco Bittersweet Dressing comes from the soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes, from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained. This is then mixed with alta white wine vinegars quality, and aged in French oak barrels. This procedure keeps the fruitiest aromas intact and flowers of the grape variety, creating a very pleasant dressing thanks to the contrast between low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits. Fresh and balanced, it's extremely versatile and easy usage. Ideal in combination with vegetables, salads and fish.
