Description
Jazz up dinner with this easy-to-make quick bread. Simply blend mix with 1 egg and 1 can room temperature beer. Use a bland beer, not a strong-flavored or fruity beer. You may substitute apple juice, ginger ale or milk for the beer. Pour batter into an oiled baking pan. If desired, pour 1/4 cup melted butter over batter just before putting pan into a preheated 350 degree oven to bake. 9x5 loaf takes 30-35 minutes to bake. 9x9 pan cooks in 20 minutes. For easy fondue cubes or homemade croutons, bake in a 18x13 baking sheet.

I love that I was able to find a company in my state with items that we love. It was great to have the items shipped very quickly and they are a great seller for me. I plan on having them in my store on a regular basis. I have increased sales with Sample Saturdays. It is important to have the customers enjoy the items.
