I purchased this bag and unfortunately it arrived with several manufacturing defects: one handle sewn higher than the other, very crooked stitching on the back, the bag sits crooked, the gold-colored hardware on the shoulder strap hooks already faded, and scratched feet. Communication with the brand did not lead to a solution that made me feel protected, so I would not reorder from this brand.
