Solaris is a pinnacle of our offering. This Organic coffee is what we describe as modern traditional. It has the acidity levels of what we would describe modern specialty coffee but also the delicate nutty flavors with a good body. Typically roasted light to medium to medium level, Solaris provides great notes of Chocolate and Caramel both on the nose and on the cup. Subtle notes of orange is what we expect from this coffee when roasted to a medium level. This organic coffee can be offered as filter, and can also be offered as a single origin espresso. With milky beverages the strength of the coffee is less prominent therefore its recommended as it is.
