Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the natural properties of soy wax. A soft frosted or powdery finish may appear over time; this is a normal trait of natural soy wax. To restore shine, gently wipe with a soft cloth and a touch of unscented vegan oil. Avoid over oiling. For the most natural look, choose our unscented and dye free option. For decorative use only; if burning, place on a flat heat resistant surface and limit burn time to 3 hours. The products themselves are fine, and not a match with the recommended retail price. Of the several issues, the biggest issue is that the items are not packaged together - so if you order a set of 2, 3 etc. they are packaged individually with no indication of what the item is or what it should go with. Within a week or so they started to look cloudy/dusty, which I assume has to do with the temperature of our store. I've not had candles do this before. I would not recommend ordering at all.
