I ordered 2 different styles of backpacks and shipping was delayed. I understand that happens sometimes. However, I was disappointed in the quality of these backpacks. I managed to sell one but had to issue a refund shortly after because the zipper had broken during the customers first use. I would not recommend this product.

These do not look like the pics. They are horrible quality. They look so faded. There’s no way I’ll be able to sell them. Horrible horrible quality!
