These premium Fleece-lined Wrist Cuffs with Locking Buckle have stylish red scalloped edges. Made of high-quality black leather, red leather trim, and lined with black fleece, these cuffs not only look great, but they are extremely comfortable to wear and highly functional as well. Each cuff features a 1" D-Ring, and a Locking Roller Buckle which accepts a padlock, but does not need one to stay closed. They are 1½" wide and adjustable, 5" to 10" in circumference. Sold in pairs.
