The wood used comes from the best grades from regional forestry in the Rhine Valley. And this is exactly where BABEL is also made for us in a traditional woodturning workshop. Oak gets the special surface from dark incense and beech from a silky matt white lacquer coating. A wool felt pad ensures a secure stand.
