I was charged for candles that were not shipped. Sadly 7 candles came damaged. Only boxes inside the big box. No packing material. Sent pics of cracks in candles and also box damage to Company and also Faire. Was refunded. Now 2 weeks later they are wanting the box and more pics. It all got tossed after I sent required pics. Be prepared if you order snd have any damage to keep huge boxes for weeks. Won’t be reordering which is sad since they are beautiful candles.

We received our candle shipment today and they are fantastic! The company packages everything well and the items are easy to display and eye catching. As soon as I put them in our gift shop one sold! Looking forward to seeing how quickly they sell out!
