Description
Handmade cup, thrown on a potters wheel and faceted while still wet to create an organic shaped but multi-sided design. The clay and glaze materials for these are entirely foraged in Northern California and minimally processed to allow the natural beauty to show through. This glaze is based on a Japanese "Nuka" glaze; it uses local granite, quartz sand, and wood ash to produce a luscious white glaze. Medium: 3-3.5" tall holds about 5-6oz. Large: 4-4.5" tall. Holds about 10-12oz Please note: due to the handmade nature of my work, shape and surface will vary somewhat from piece to piece.

We are so happy with these gorgeous pots. The color is lovely and the shape is quite unusual and provides an interesting texture. I know they will be popular with our customers. Excellent packing for shipping.

The depth of the glazes, the uniqueness of the clay, the delicate heft, much appreciated.
