An earthy chocolate bar with tasty and crunchy hazelnuts. Our vegan coconut milk chocolate made from bean-to-bar in our small chocolate factory. Lightly toasted and slowly conching retains the natural qualities and flavour notes of cocoa beans. Once the chocolate is tempered and come into shape, we add freshly roasted hazelnuts grown in the Italian Piedmont region, known for its crispy and flavorful nuts. Ingredients Cocoa beans, hazelnuts, cane sugar, coconut milk, cocoa butter. Key Procedures The hazelnuts are grown on 70-year-old trees on traditional plantations in the Piedmont region. They are toasted like whole nuts and carefully put on the back of each chocolate bar. Cocoa formulation 50% Criollo & Trinitario cocoa. Handmade in Copenhagen.
