12.5oz. of Maple Cream in a resealable glass container. Maple cream can be used as a spread in place of butter on toast, as a frosting on cakes, eclairs or inside cream puffs. Our maple cream had a sweet/mild taste that is also complex and slightly caramelized. It is phenomenal with any meal, savory or sweet.
