Rustichella d'Abruzzo brings to your table the traditional Abruzzese cannelloni, which are still lovingly handmade by grandmothers today. Made with a bronze-drawn durum wheat sheet and slowly dried at low temperature, the Cannelloni only need to be seasoned and baked directly raw for 40 minutes. We recommend the following homemade fillings: with fresh ricotta, sautéed vegetables, a sprinkle of Abruzzese pecorino, and a drizzle of Rustichella INTOSSO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or with a sauce of Rustichella PrimoGrano Abruzzo Pear Tomato and Abruzzese sausage made of meat or liver.
