I placed my first order with Hampton and was excited to see the products. The items in stock shipped quickly. I ordered 40 compasses in a box for a special presentation. I was notified they were a close out and out of stock. I tried to work with the supplier to substitute another compass in box. They answered my communication initially and then just stopped trying to help me or answer at all leaving me in a jam for this presentation. I found an alternate supplier who has been so helpful.
