I always open up every item and check the box. These Flame Fireplace aroma diffusers are nicely packaged but when I opened them every single one of them had a sticky substance as noticed in the picture. As you can see I've not removed anything else from the box other than opening up the lid and finding the substance as though this unit may have been refurbished or already used. Customer service has reached out and has rectified the situation satisfactorily.
