Ti Kuan Yin is a variety of the tea plant and originates from the coastal province of Fujian in southeastern China. The name means "Goddess of Mercy." Ti Kuan Yin is considered one of the 10 most famous Chinese teas. Preparation: Use 12-15 grams of tea per liter of water and pour with soft, no longer boiling water (ideal temperature 60-90 degrees Celsius) and let steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
