Wholesale Custom Design Fee/Exclusivity Agreement Advanced

This is my advanced custom design fee. More intricate or time consuming designs including hand drawn elements will fall into this category but if you are unsure if your design is basic or advanced please message me. You add this one time custom design fee to pay for each different design. IE: Custom Design #1 for Wine Tumblers, coasters, camp mugs = $75. Custom Design #2 for Coaster Sets, wine tumblers, ornaments = $75. If you use the same design on different products you only need to purchase one design fee. The design fee gives you exclusivity to the design as long as you spend at least $500 minimum in a year in orders, otherwise I am able to resell the design to other shops, including those in your zip code area. With custom designs you will be sent previews before printing for revisions if needed. I do allow up to 3 revisions included with this fee. If more revisions are needed additional design fees will apply.
