Description
Sun-ripened peeled plum tomatoes in rich tomato juice. A classic must have in every kitchen and the perfect base for dishes with longer cooking time. Coppola Peeled Plum Tomatoes are naturally full of flavour. They are made with selected plum tomatoes varieties, grown in sunny and fertile Southern Italy. These tomatoes are at their full ripening between the summer months of August and September when they are harvested, attentively sorted, steam peeled and packed in tomato juice. Coppola Peeled Plum Tomatoes are Halal and Kosher certified, made with no sugar, no sweeteners added, and they are free from artificial flavours, thickeners, or firming agents. Packed in easy open, white lacquered, BPA free lining tinned cans. : The Italian name for peeled plum tomatoes is pelati.

What a disaster. First I tried to cancel the order after waiting several days for them to respond. They said that wouldn't be possible as it was already processed and waiting to be shipped. When my order finally got delivered (by Amazon Logistics) my order was damaged with several items (in glass jars) broken inside and several items missing. Only two-thirds of my order showed up. I had to wait a couple of days for the rest to arrive and when it did some more items were missing.
