We’ve unfortunately had most customers returning this item due to it not working properly, motor stopping working completely, or it not keeping the flies away as advertised. On top of that, it was unfortunate how long it took for this to be fulfilled and when it did arrive the packaging was dented and not at all in good shape for putting on our showroom floor. We wouldn’t purchase again.

Absolutely the worst product I’ve ordered through Faire. More than half didn’t work out of the box and the remaining quit working inside of two weeks. It’s worth mentioning, I ordered on July 5th and received August 18th. Terrible quality of product and terrible experience.

Sorry for the experience, this shouldn't be the case, we always test before we ship out any product inside our factory, if in case if you received defective we can replace with no charge. Really sorry. —VIGOR • Sep 24, 2025
