The recycles plastic bird feeders are excellent, very well made and aesthetically pleasing. Love that the products are made in the continental US. Sadly, cost is prohibitive. SRP + Shipping cost makes for extreme low margin. Less expensive shipping is possible, would like to work with them to troubleshoot this issue, but they don't respond to Messages. Unfortunate. Was really excited to find this company.

Everything is positive. My customer loved the larger feeder…it’s more money but very well built!

Placed an order from this company and received a damaged item. Contacted them through Faire and was directed to send photos to a separate email address. I did so promptly, but didn’t receive a response for several weeks. After finally hearing back and exchanging several messages, I was told I’d need to go through Faire for a refund. By then, the 60-day window had passed, and I’m now stuck paying for damaged merchandise. The lack of communication and accountability was incredibly unprofessional.
