Our Slow System Mini pour-over coffee brewer makes some of the best coffee you’ll ever taste. Pour over is celebrated for its level of control over all of the coffee brewing variables. Our design uses flat-bottomed paper filters, which yields a more even coffee extraction than what you get with cone-shaped drippers. Coffee aficionados can use Wave filters, however small auto-drip filters from your local grocery store work just as well for a convenient and inexpensive option. The dripper has a fully perforated base (54 holes to be exact) so the flow through won’t get constricted and slow down.
