My customers were not happy with the changes made on the hand sanitizer to thick and to much aloe vera not the same softening cleaner. All the other items except one that got damaged and opened during shipping were all great products as usual. The last two years I have been using them I have had very satisfied customers and never one return always raving! I do not have the heart to give them a bad rating as I love there products and changes can be made.
